"That was rather well said Dianthus, wot." Lucerne agreed with Frederick. She wasn't sure she could agree with him on it being exciting to meet a Guosim. She didn't want to admit it, but she wasn't quite sure what a Guosim was, though she was sure she'd heard or read about one sometime. She just decided to roll with it.
"Guosim you say? I'm sure they'd be interesting to see. I'd much rather go all the way to Redwall Abbey though! Mum's been there a few times, it sounds like a grand place to go, wot. "

Nodding his head enthusiastically at them both, he drank down more water, sighing wistfully.
"Those Guosim shrews are wild beasts, they are! So small, compared to us, but goodness, don't they pack a wholloping punch! Terrifying little things... Never met a creature more skilled at blendin' in to the background, wot!"
Ears twitching a little, Dianthus looked around at the older hares, a bit worried they were listening in. Dianthus didn't want to look like he was making up nonsense, which he didn't think he was, but he wouldn't be surprised if an older hare wanted to turn to him and tell him to shut his trap. They all probably had more experience with the Guosim than he had, anyways...
"Redwall, eh? I've heard of the place, but despite livin' in the forest, I can't say I ever went there m'self! I've only heard good things, though. Beautiful red stone walls, the huge bells, the amazing food..."
Drifting off dreamily, he hummed, "Everything is supposed to be peaceful there, all the time... Everyone workin' together to just eat and drink and be merry, wot? Couldn't be so bad..."
