I'm terrible at introduction things, but (most of) you'll know me as mother-constance on tumblr, but here you could call me Gingivere or Callum, whichever you'd prefer to use honestly. I'm fifteen, male (he/him), bi etc etc and I probably started reading Redwall when I was about ten. I've always been obsessed with animals (like seriously, 'animal' was my first word), and having just finished the Animals of Farthing Wood I was super into British Wildlife at the time, so naturally I ate Redwall right up. Since then I've always had a number of OC's in the back of my head I've never really gotten a chance to use, so I'm super-hyped to finally get to. I've roleplayed before (and still do); for a long time on a couple of boards like this one (I even made my own Redwall one once, but I was twelve so let's let that lie lol), and now on the game Feral-Heart (hit me up as Gingivere there if u wanna fite), so you could say I'm fairly well-versed in it, though I haven't done thread-style for a while I'll admit. Err, let's see...other interests include; Animals (British specifically), the Countryside/Nature, being gay, Paleology, reading/writing/drawing etc, Steven Universe/Clarence/Gravity Falls, the Harry Potter novels, boys, Jurassic Park, the Lion King, Colin Dann's books, Piano, Zoo Tycoon 2, etc. Currently reading; A Separate Peace and the Half-Blood Prince. So yeah, looking forward to roleplaying with you all and stuff!

Welcome to WoRW, Gingivere!!
A Separate Peace is a really good book. Are you reading it for class, or just on your own? We had it as required reading but I went and bought myself a personal copy afterwards haha.
I look forward to seeing your characters, and to roleplaying with you!

Just for my personal enjoyment really. Somebody I follow on tumblr mentioned it being pretty gay (even if not intended) so obviously that sold me heh-
Thanks, you too!

It is pretty gay, not gonna lie. Also I've never read Animals of Farthing Wood, but have been meaning to. Would it be better to read the book first, or watch the show? I actually didn't know it was a book until recently, I just knew of a show.

Oh book certainly. The comparisons between them both are very similar to the Redwall books and tv series, the latter being far more 'kidded-down' (though still pretty darn ruthless in places). And I had a friend who read the books but just couldn't get in to the series. Both of them really are fantastic stories though, and they're sort of similar to the first Redwall in a lot of respects (Setting, characters, etc). I'd advise anyone who likes Redwall to check it out really
