Streamflower grinned as the red abbey walls came into view. "Let's go ya lazy dogs! Rudders in gear!" A rallying war cry sounded behind her as the otters picked up speed and dashed to the Abbey doors. Streamflower's trident and sling waved with the speeding Skipper as they tore across the forrest and broke the tree line. The clan stopped in their tracks and looked up in awe. Streamflower had come once before with her father the old Skipper, but she had been struggling to return and introduce herself for years. 'Now's a good time as any.' the otter sighed. "Let's go Streamdogs." The fifty-odd otter warriors fell in behind their leader, excited to have arrived and excited for the famous Abbey vittles. Streamflower raised a paw to knock on the enormous door.
((Sorry I haven't been on. But I'm back in the game and excited to write!))

((Sorry this didn't get a reply sooner!))
The otters knock on the door, as well as the warcry they had shouted caught the attention of the hare sentry on the wall. He peered out over the top of the wall down at the rabble of otters gathered below. At least they weren't vermin, that was a good sign.
"Hullo you chaps! Wot's your business at Redwall Abbey? I'm afraid I can't let you in unless y' state y' name and business, wot!" he called down. Otters were generally friendly types so the hare wasn't worried, he just didn't want to disobey orders.

Streamflower grinned hearing the hare's voice. "I am Skipper Streamflower of the Streamdog Clan!" The otters echoed a short war cry before falling silent again. Streamflower rolled her eyes at their enthusiasm. "I would like to speak to the Abbot please!" Streamflower looked behind her taking a quick headcount of her band. Turning back to the gate she shouted up. "We have 56 otters including myself here!" A grey and white furred otter jogged up to Streamflower's side from somewhere in the band. "Reporting back from the scouts, Skipper." Streamflower turned to meet his eyes. "Ah Turlien, what's to report?" "The fox was right. We report seeing a band of vermin scouts in these woods but luckily they didn't see us. We must have just missed the rest of them as we came back to the rest of the clan." Streamflower blew out a breath. "Alright, good job Turlien. Stay with me when we go in. You can help me explain to the Abbot what is happening."

The hare gave a low whistle. That was a lot of otters on top of the hares they already had there. He waved down at the otters.
"I'll be down to let you in! Hold tight, wot!" He shouted before sprinting off to go let them in. It didn't take long for the hare to reach the Abbey gates, and he managed to get them open by himself. He held the gate open as the otters shuffled in. When Skipper Streamflower walked by, he addressed her.
"Jolly good timing there chaps. The Abbot's about to hold a council down in Cavern Hole. I think you'd best meet him there, but just you Skipper. Can't have fifty six otters crowdin' him, wot!"

Streamflower nodded. "That's fine. If you could show my friends a place to set up a few tents, they can get situated while Turlien and I see the Abbot." The otter turned to her restless clan. "Go ahead and get settled. Stay out of the way of the Abbey folk and try not to blow up anything. Gertili can you keep an eye on everyone?" A brown otter next to Turlien nodded and began getting the rowdy warriors in formation to check supplies. Streamflower sighed, turning to the gate hare. "Where can I find the Cavern Hole, friend?"

The hare thought a moment, not quite familiar of Redwall's layout but he knew it well enough to recall it after a minute.
"Head right into the Abbey, and there'll be some stairs with writin' on 'em. It'll read Redwall. You just go down the stairs and that should be Cavern Hole! The Abbot and Major Rifflerun will be down there waitin'. Good luck!"
((I think, unless you have much more to add, this is fine until the meeting. ))
