Hey there, I'm Swift (he/him) and I'm new here. I was in the fandom a long time ago when clubs were a more popular thing than forums. I read all the books up to I think Taggerung. And that would have been around the time the book came out so it's been a long time since I have read any of the series. (Probably gonna try to find some ebooks of the series or something if I have a chance and time to read them.)
Um so a little about me, I'm old enough that you guys don't need to know how old I am, I have a crappy service industry job so I'll more than likely be around on weekdays but not much on weekends. I like being lazy and watching movies and tv but I'm getting back into reading a little. My favorite book when I read the series was Outcast of Redwall because Sunflash was my favorite at the time. Dunno if that would still be true today. Overall I'm really fond of badgers, otters, mice, wildcats (Gingivere was probably my other favorite), pine martens, and foxes. But I mean pretty much all the beasts are great. Rats and stoats and weasels and stuff seem pretty underrated.
Anyway since I have been out of touch for a long time I may need some refreshers on things (I have been on the Redwall wiki and TV Tropes some at least.) So I apologize if I make any obvious mistakes or have basic questions.
I do have a question about the forum that I have not seen an answer to yet. Is there a certain time period this board takes place during? Like is it after the events of the series or in the middle somewhere?
Looking forward to getting back into the fandom with all of you. This site seems pretty great and I have seen some really interesting characters so far.
