Well, I intend to make a post on my tumblr about this at a later date, but I thought I'd ask here first, since we're all here to roleplay and we all have common interests. I was venturing to ask if anyone held any interest in a possible Watership Down roleplay forum? As most of you may know, Watership Down is my first and biggest literary love, and with this wonderful site slowly reviving itself as we all come back together to continue the plot and seek out new members to help us along, I figured I'd try taking a headcount of people here who would consider joining a forum like that? Obviously there are a few loose plot ideas in mind, but I don't want to set anything in stone if there's not really an interest in it. Feel free to comment with questions/concerns/etc. or just to say you might be interested! (Also it's worth mentioning that one could most certainly enjoy a Watership Down roleplay without having actually read the books - while helpful, they're not entirely necessary, unless you're lost on the idea of how to write a rabbit!)

I would try, but it is not one I am sure I would keep up with. I love the idea and I will help you promote it, and give it a try!
I love Watership Down.

I agree about the keeping up with it thing. I'm dedicated to digging my heels in to start pushing this site again, it'd be hard to moderate activity on two separate websites. That being said! The WSD website would probably have a plot that allows for some freer posting schedules and plot-bending to cater to our needs than this one does, what with all the mandatory roles (abbot/warlord/badgerlord/hero/etc). It wouldn't be so reliant on the less active users for everyone else to enjoy writing. That's one of the big parts that appeal to me about it. I also figured me/other moderator(s) could handle any NPCs needed to also keep the process smooth. The plot in mind doesn't require a set villain, either, and therefore there won't be three different threads needing to happen at once either. Just some thoughts.

I need to actually read the books, but I'd try to observe for a while and jump in when I can!
